Depression Research Study

Study Summary:

We’re looking for adults aged 18 to 65 to participate in a clinical research study for depression.

There is no cost to participate. Those who qualify will receive up to $1,700 in compensation. You may be asked to complete an additional visit which you will receive compensation.  You may also be reimbursed for travel.  Total compensation is based on the number of visits completed. We encourage you to review the participation requirements listed below.

Study Qualifications:

• Be between the ages of 18 – 65
• Diagnosed with recurrent or severe depression
• Have taken multiple depression medications that did not work
• Able and willing to:
  • Attend visits in Eatontown, NJ
  • Complete 2 screening visits, and up to 13 follow-up visits
  • Stay at the clinic for up to 9-10 hours on some visits
  • Complete on-site pre-qualification testing

Study Patients may receive compensation up to $1,700 for their time. Total Compensation dependent on number of Visits & Stays completed.

• $100 – Screening Visits (Two separate visits)
• $100 – For visits 2,4,5,7,8,9,10,11,13,14
• $200 – Visits 3, 6, and 12
• Travel reimbursement per visit with receipts

Study Schedule:

The study participant will be required to attend up to 15 study-related visits over 5 months. The visits include 2 screening visits, followed by up to 13 follow-up visits (some of which may be telehealth visits).
