After a leadership role in healthcare from 2015 to 2017, she returned as HR Director, where she has significantly strengthened the HR department.
As a trusted advisor to leadership, Sylvia has successfully managed complex workforce transitions, including large-scale reorganizations and redeployments, while maintaining a focus on transparency, compliance, and employee well-being. She possesses extensive expertise in labor relations, collaborating with unions and employee organizations to establish productive, sustainable working relationships that align organizational objectives with employee advocacy.
