Dr. Hughes, is a former Vice President and Global Head of Medical Strategy, Neurology, IQVIA. Currently Chief of Staff, GAP Innovations, Venture Partner with DDF and independent consultant.
Lynne Hughes has worked in clinical research for more than 35 years and has lived and worked during this time period in both the US and in Europe.Lynne worked exclusively in neurology while at IQVIA and managed global development programs both from the operational perspective as a program director and also from the design perspective – working with many clients on their clinical development plan for their product. She provided consultancy advice in Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, pain indications, multiple sclerosis, acute care including TBI and stroke, migraine and epilepsy and in a range of neuro-orphan indications and she was been involved in a number of investment opportunities within IQVIA .She has been involved, to varying extents, in the development of almost every neurology product on the market today and was involved in more than 125 AD trials, 85 PD trials, 76 MS trials and 55 epilepsy trials in the last 10 years at IQVIA. She is PMP certified and has been since 2000 and this certification is up to date and current through 2030.
