A prescreening questionnaire is a vital tool used to evaluate your eligibility for a trial. These questionnaires are collected at the start of the trial before we obtain your informed consent. At Clinilabs, we review the inclusion and exclusion criteria to determine if you qualify to participate in the trial that interests you.
