Heather is a results-driven leader with 19 years of experience in the clinical research industry. She possesses extensive expertise in both full-service and Functional Service Provider (FSP) strategic pricing and contracting. Her background includes senior leadership roles focused on the development and negotiation of sponsor and clinical contracts, vendor management, process improvement, budget tool development and analysis, cost and price modeling, proposal writing, strategic development, and team building.

In her role, Heather is responsible for developing and negotiating sponsorship agreements that involve direct pricing negotiations. She leads the contracts team in creating budgets and legal contracts for full-service Contract Research Organizations (CROs), core laboratories, and Clinical Research Units (CRUs) for clinical trials in Phases I to III. Additionally, she serves as a senior reviewer for various legal documents, including Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), change orders, consulting agreements, and work orders.

Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts in Professional and Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
