Study Schedule:
Screening Visit, Study Visit, Follow-Up Phone Call. Screening and study visits will likely occur on the same day but may be split up into two appointments if needed. Follow-up phone call will occur within 5 days of your study visit.
Clinilabs is now enrolling adults with essential tremor and Parkinson’s disease for a new, non-invasive research study to collect data via a wearable technology. No medication is involved in this study.
We encourage you to review the participation requirements listed below.
Qualified participants must be:
- Between the ages of 18 – 80 years old, inclusive
- Diagnosed with essential tremor or early-stage tremor-dominant Parkinson’s disease
- Currently experiencing tremor in their dominant hand
- Able and willing to:
- Attend visits in Midtown Manhattan, NY
- Complete a screening visit, study visit, and follow-up phone call
There is no cost to participate. Compensation available for eligible participants, up to $450 for study completion as well as travel reimbursement for each visit. Caregivers accompanying participants may also receive compensation for their time. Total compensation is dependent on the number of visits completed.
- Screening Visit – $150
- Study Visit – $250
- Follow-Up Phone Call – $50
- Travel Reimbursement – up to $80 round-trip, per visit with receipts
