Today’s clinical trials are global. That is why Clinilabs has established alliances with trusted partners on five continents, enabling us to manage projects Worldwide. Partner organizations and investigator sites utilize one single set of standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring seamless integration of people and processes for every study. Working in this way, we maximize efficiency and keep costs low by establishing global functional teams for each project. These teams are composed of Clinilabs’ in-house project and data personnel based at our US headquarters, supplemented by subcontracted regional monitors and regulatory experts. Sponsors do not bear the expense of staff that are non-essential to their projects.
One representative relationship is Clinilabs’ strategic alliance with H&J CRO, an organization with offices in Beijing and Shanghai, China. This alliance allows us to provide geographically-focused clinical drug development services in China, with local expertise in that regulatory environment. It also expands our US-based data services team with programmers, biostatisticians, and medical writers in Asia, enabling us to deliver the value of low-cost staffing options to our clients.
