Clinilabs was founded in 2001 as a late-phase investigator site by Dr. Gary K. Zammit, a Clinical Associate Professor at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. During its first years of operation, the Company was dedicated to the execution of Phase II and III trials in Dr. Zammit’s primary specialty of sleep medicine. However, by 2003 client companies were requesting a wide spectrum of services from our organization, including data analysis, data management, core laboratory services, and medical writing. They also requested services in many new therapeutic areas. This led to a broad expansion of our staffing and service portfolio to include a full complement of contract research organization (CRO) services. Since 2008, Clinilabs has provided CRO services for pharma and biotech clients Worldwide that are involved in early phase and specialty drug development.
Clinilabs compound annual growth (CAGR) rate has historically exceeded the CAGR of the CRO industry. The Company is a privately-held organization that welcomes inquiries from private equity, venture capital, and institutional investors.
