BOARD oF ADVISORS

Clinilabs Management Advisory Board is composed of individuals with extensive experience in the healthcare, managed care, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries.

Kevin L. Keim, M.Sc., Ph.D.
Dr. Keim brings more than 39 years of research and discovery, clinical research, and regulatory experience to Clinilabs.  He currently is the Chief Development Officer of INC Research, Inc. Dr. Keim’s former positions include his roles as President and CEO of Vela Pharmaceuticals Inc. and President of Quintiles Pacific, Inc., where he provided executive leadership and directive consultative solutions in the global CNS therapeutics market. His formative years in the pharmaceutical industry were spent at Hoffmann-La Roche and Wyeth.  Dr. Keim currently sits on the boards of directors of the American Society of Experimental NeuroTherapeutics (ASENT), NeuroMedix, Inc., and the Affiliated Research Institute.  He received his doctoral degree from New York University and his Masters of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Dr. Keim’s undergraduate work was conducted at Delaware Valley College.

Joseph F. Lawler, Jr., M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Lawler is a portfolio manager for MKM Longboat Capital Management. Dr. Lawler earned his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine where his research on "DNA-Based Computers" was recognized with the Paul Ehrlich award. Dr. Lawler has invested in and worked closely with biotechnology and medical device companies for over 5 years. He has authored over a dozen publications and is the holder of an issued United States patent.

Eijk VanOtterloo
Mr. Eijk VanOtterloo is a founding partner of Grantham, Mayo, and VanOtterloo (GMO), a global investment management firm that manages more than $150 billion in client assets.  Prior to GMO’s founding in 1977, he served as Director of Common Stock Investments and Research at Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company.  Before joining Phoenix Mutual,  Mr. VanOtterloo served as Fund Manager and Associate Director of Research and Analysis at Keystone Custodian Funds.  He studied economics at Amsterdam Municipal University (Netherlands) and earned an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.  Mr. Van Otterloo is a member of the GMO Board.
